3 night Ayahuasca Retreat March

We hold these monthly retreats in a wonderful natural setting in Mallorca and we have over 10 years experience of holding retreats and sharing the medicine.

The most important aspect of our retreats is the connection to our emotional state because once we learn to do this, there is nothing we can’t do with our lives.  Throughout the four days we are together, the team will consistently invite you into your emotional space because that space is where you will discover your authenticity.  We use many different techniques to support you in this process, and the outcome is always one of surrender and, ultimately, a joyous expression of one’s true self.

When you arrive, you will have a private chat with either Jo or one of the other facilitators, where we will ask you about your childhood experiences and any physical symptoms you have had throughout your lives.

Everything is consciousness, and all this information allows us to tap into your unconscious and support you in discovering the purpose of your incarnation.  Throughout the retreat, we will continuously revert you onto this path so you can begin to experience the truth of what you came here to resolve for you, your ancestors, and your descendants.

The retreats last for four days, during which we will hold three Ayahuasca ceremonies, allowing for plenty of space to integrate your experience between each one.  The ayahuasca experience needs to be a consecutive one, so we have designed our retreats in this way.  All that we do at Ayayni has a purpose, and the goal as the days unfold is for you to reach the peak of your emotional state by the middle of the retreat and then go home with a feeling of joy and a deeper understanding of what you want to create in your life.

During the retreat, we hold various breathwork sessions, dynamic movement sessions and medicine circles to support you on your journey within.
